Accessibility Statement
We want the Little Spoon Supports website to be clear, usable and welcoming for as many people as possible.
Last updated: 12 September 2026
Little Spoon Supports is designed with accessibility in mind. We aim to align the website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where reasonably possible. We are not claiming formal WCAG conformance unless and until the site has been appropriately tested.
What we are working towards
- clear page structure, headings and plain-language content;
- keyboard-accessible navigation and visible focus states;
- readable text and colour contrast;
- alternative text for meaningful images;
- form labels and instructions that are understandable;
- layouts that work across different screen sizes and support browser zoom;
- reduced-motion preferences where animation is used; and
- large, clear links and touch targets.
Embedded forms
Our referral and complaints forms are provided through Jotform and embedded within the website. Accessibility of some form controls may therefore also depend on that third-party service. If you have difficulty using a form, you can contact us directly and we can arrange another way for you to provide the information.
Need information another way?
If any part of the website is difficult to use, read or understand, please email admin@littlespoonsupports.com.au. Tell us which page or information you were trying to access and, if helpful, the format or support that would make it easier for you.
Feedback helps
Accessibility is an ongoing process. If you notice a barrier, we welcome feedback so we can consider how to improve it.
