Is Little Spoon Supports NDIS registered?
No. LSS is an unregistered provider. At launch, we welcome referrals from self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants, as well as privately funded clients where appropriate.
What ages do you support?
We welcome referrals for children, young people and adults.
Do you provide respite, SIL or SDA?
We do not currently provide overnight respite, STA, SIL or SDA.
Do you provide personal care?
We do not currently provide intensive personal care, high-intensity daily activities or complex clinical support.
Can you provide transport?
Transport may be available when connected to an agreed support and consent, safety, insurance and service arrangements are confirmed.
Do you provide behaviour support?
LSS does not currently provide specialist behaviour support assessments or behaviour support plans.
Can social support happen at home?
Yes. It may include shared activities at home, video calls, phoning a friend or planning future outings at a manageable pace.
How do you match workers?
Where possible, we consider personality, interests, communication style, support preferences, safety needs and worker competency—not just availability.
What are your service hours?
Generally Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, with weekends by prior arrangement.
What happens to referral information?
The final website will explain retention and deletion timeframes clearly in the Privacy Policy. The prototype does not send or store information.
