Help to prepare questions, travel to and attend appointments, take notes with consent and support the person to understand agreed next steps.

Transport connected to an agreed support, appointment or community activity, subject to consent, safety, vehicle and insurance arrangements.

Everyday support to make home life feel more manageable through light household tasks, routines and organisation.

Support to build confidence with planning, communication, cooking, calendars, lists, community access and practical day-to-day skills.
We want to be clear about what sits outside our current scope. At launch, LSS does not provide specialist behaviour support, regulated restrictive practices, high-intensity health supports, complex manual handling, intensive personal care, medication administration, overnight or 24-hour support, SIL, SDA or STA.
If a request is outside our scope or we cannot support it safely, we will say so honestly.
Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Weekend support may be available by prior arrangement. Public-holiday services are not routinely offered at launch.
