Our service boundaries

We want to be clear about what sits outside our current scope. At launch, LSS does not provide specialist behaviour support, regulated restrictive practices, high-intensity health supports, complex manual handling, intensive personal care, medication administration, overnight or 24-hour support, SIL, SDA or STA.

If a request is outside our scope or we cannot support it safely, we will say so honestly.

Service availability

Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Weekend support may be available by prior arrangement. Public-holiday services are not routinely offered at launch.
