Children and young people
When supporting children and young people, we work with appropriate parent or guardian involvement, consent and age-appropriate communication while still recognising the young person’s voice, preferences and assent.
Worker matching and safety arrangements are considered carefully, including relevant child-safe requirements.
Thoughtful worker matching
We aim to match people based on more than a roster vacancy. We consider personality, interests, communication style, preferred worker characteristics, cultural considerations, support goals, safety needs and worker competency.
